We are seeking a skilled Operational Support Engineer responsible for patch management, vulnerability assessment, and ensuring secure and stable infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate available patches for identified vulnerabilities.
- Analyze the impact of patches on system availability and functionality.
- Coordinate with Business Application Teams regarding patch effects.
- Document all test cases and deployment procedures.
- Manage end-to-end patch lifecycle from testing to production.
- Conduct regular system scans and address vulnerabilities accordingly.
