Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operational Support Engineer responsible for patch management, vulnerability assessment, and ensuring secure and stable infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate available patches for identified vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze the impact of patches on system availability and functionality.
  • Coordinate with Business Application Teams regarding patch effects.
  • Document all test cases and deployment procedures.
  • Manage end-to-end patch lifecycle from testing to production.
  • Conduct regular system scans and address vulnerabilities accordingly.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of patch management systems
