Roles and Responsibilities For Trainee Engineer Jobs in Bengaluru
In this important role, you will help manage and support manufacturing and engineering functions of power electronics and RF coil production lines.
Detailed Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing line and manage daily operations.
- Resolve quality issues related to production lines promptly.
- Ensure equipment calibration activities are conducted on schedule and maintain detailed calibration reports.
- Perform Verification and Validation tasks related to equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare reports for validation and verification activities.
- Assist in equipment installations and maintenance processes.
- Support the ordering and supply of tools and equipment for manufacturing.
- Help clear non-conforming material reports daily and weekly from production lines.
- Manage areas dedicated to non-conforming products by identifying and segregating them.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams and supplier quality engineers to resolve problems and manage rejected materials effectively.
- Follow up with suppliers to address rejection and rework activities.
- Create and maintain work instructions and their revision histories.
- Prepare and maintain Device History Records with accuracy.
- Support communication and documentation related to engineering changes across teams.
- Train manufacturing teams on updates or changes in work instructions.
- Develop solutions for issues related to quality, cost (Cot), and productivity improvements.
- Take responsibility as a support member for Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) elements.
- Maintain inventory and track capital goods ensuring good traceability.
- Execute Poka Yoke (error-proofing) projects related to manufacturing jigs and fixtures.
- Assist in the implementation of Kaizen initiatives across manufacturing lines.
- Support manufacturing teams in driving Lean action work outs to enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
