1. Team Leader cum Project Manager
- Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the construction industry
OR - Retired Railway/PSU Engineer with minimum 3 years’ experience in JA Grade or equivalent in Railways
- JGM & above in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent positions
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the construction industry
2. Resident Engineer (Civil)
- Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry
OR - Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the construction industry
OR - Retired Railway/PSU Engineer with 7 years’ experience in Gazetted cadre or as Manager & above in Engineering departments of RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry

3. Resident Engineer (Signal & Telecom)
- Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience
OR - Diploma in relevant field with a minimum of 15 years’ experience
OR - Retired Railway/PSU S&T Engineer with 7 years’ Gazetted cadre experience or as Manager & above in S&T departments of RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent
- Graduate Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience
4. Resident Engineer (Electrical)
- Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience
OR - Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 15 years’ experience
OR - Retired Railway/PSU Engineer with 7 years of Gazetted cadre experience or as Manager & above in Electrical Engineering departments of RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent
