- Carry out chemical reactions at milligram to gram scale and Synthesize molecules or compounds as per client specifications using efficient synthetic routes and methods.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and promote good laboratory practices (GLP) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records ensuring Data Integrity and compliance with Intellectual Property (IP) norms.
- Perform purification of compounds and analyse results through advanced analytical techniques such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS).
- Handle automated synthesizers and purification systems, which is a desirable skill.
