- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Experience:
- B.Sc. or Diploma holders: Minimum 5 years of experience
- M.Sc. in Chemistry: Minimum 2 years of experience
This role is ideal for candidates who wish to manage production operations in Kilo Labs and Pilot Plants.
2. Executive / Sr. Executive (Technology Transfer)
- Qualification: B.Tech./B.E. in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Technology Transfer or Process Engineering
Candidates in this role will be responsible for scaling processes from laboratory to plant level and ensuring smooth technology transfer.
3. Executive (Process Technology)
- Qualification: M.Sc./Ph.D. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry or M. Pharma in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Experience:
- Ph.D. holders: 1–5 years in process technology
- M.Sc. candidates: 1–12 years in chemical process development or optimization, preferably in Agrochemical or Pharma industry
