Job Profile: Officer – Production

This position requires a motivated individual to handle crucial aspects of the production process in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves maintaining high quality and safety standards while ensuring smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform online documentation of production activities including batch manufacturing records and logbooks.
- Carry out calibration and daily verification of weighing balances as per scheduled maintenance.
- Ensure machine and area cleaning procedures are strictly followed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Obtain line clearance approval from the Quality Assurance department before starting production operations.
- Allocate work to operators and workers according to the daily production plan.
- Maintain required temperature and humidity levels in processing areas as per batch records.
- Conduct in-process quality checks at different stages of manufacturing and filling processes.
- Handle online rejections, deviations, incidents, and change controls efficiently.
- Ensure products are manufactured and stored following SOPs to maintain required quality.
- Manage validation batches and prepare the area for regulatory audits.
- Implement labeling procedures for all areas, equipment, and products.
- Manage the receipt of dispensed raw materials from manufacturing for proper processing.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team for timely product releases.
- Ensure product yield at every stage conforms to batch manufacturing standards.
- Report any abnormalities or issues during shifts to the Production Manager immediately.
