Key Responsibilities Salesforce
- Evaluate and prioritize sales plays to support Account Executives in driving scalable run-rate revenue
- Collaborate with India-based sales and support teams to activate regional programs
- Work alongside global and local Sales Programs teams to improve pipeline health at scale
- Support the operational rhythm tied to scalable pipeline generation and progression efforts
- Design and launch ad hoc sales plays informed by recent wins across industries, regions, and customer segments
- Communicate program activities clearly across the organization using appropriate channels to create alignment and drive impact
- Adapt go-to-market strategies based on evolving market conditions, such as regulatory changes
- Handle high-priority, ad hoc requests from senior leadership
Required Skills and Experience Salesforce
- Strong execution skills with the ability to implement processes and collaborate across diverse teams
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proven experience in sales program management, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Background in commercial structuring, consulting, strategy, finance, or analytics preferred
- Strong foundation in structured execution and business process optimization
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analysis and recommendations in a clear, actionable format
