We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in O365 Encryption, MSExchangeOnlineAdministration, MSExchangeAdmin, M365 Messaging, Messaging Migration, and Design & Implementation of Messaging Services. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing messaging services. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities For Cognizant
- Design and implement messaging services to ensure efficient communication within the organization
- Oversee administration of MS Exchange and M365 Messaging platforms
- Provide support for O365 Encryption to maintain data security and compliance
- Manage MSExchangeOnlineAdministration to ensure seamless email operations
- Conduct M365 Messaging Migration to upgrade and transition messaging systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot messaging services for high availability and performance
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate messaging services with other enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for messaging services and processes
- Implement best practices for messaging security and data protection
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for messaging-related issues
