Team Overview
The Technology & Transformation (T&T) practice at Deloitte supports organizations in creating strong foundations for future growth through cutting-edge risk management and cybersecurity capabilities.
Role Overview
As a Manager in the Cyber team, you will lead multiple cybersecurity projects with a focus on Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001 standards. You will work closely with teams and clients, delivering advisory, implementation, and audit services while managing engagements and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead ISO 27001-based ISMS implementation and sustenance projects
- Assess information security postures and develop gap mitigation strategies
- Implement controls in areas like change management, incident handling, backup, identity and access management, and data protection
- Manage vendor risk assessments and security audits
- Provide consulting on privacy, access control, and data leakage prevention
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and guide secure development practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Engineering, and Risk
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and participating in proposal development
- Mentor team members and support professional development

| Certifications | ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 22301 LA/LI, CISA, CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL (preferred) |
| Tools | eGRC platforms like RSA Archer or IBM OpenPages |
| Skills | Strong analytical, client management, problem-solving, and communication skills |
