As we rapidly scale, we are expanding our Support Engineering team across Bangalore and the USA. This role offers the chance to work with an exciting range of clients—from AI startups to global retailers—while playing a critical part in resolving technical challenges and enhancing our product experience.
Easetalent Role Overview
As a Support Engineer, you will be the technical backbone for resolving customer issues across our networking product stack. This includes wired, wireless, and security technologies. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting complex issues while influencing product improvements in close collaboration with Engineering, QA, and Operations teams.

Easetalent Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalations related to security, firewall, and VPN within our integrated Network Operating System
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively
- Monitor systems and develop proactive playbooks to reduce downtime
- Design reusable network templates for efficient deployments
- Collaborate on configurations, documentation, and system updates
- Perform packet captures and traffic analysis for troubleshooting
- Escalate and track bugs and feature requests with Engineering teams
- Work with QA teams to test firmware, backend, and UI before release
- Develop and maintain detailed internal and external documentation
What We Are Looking For
Requirement | Details |

Experience | 2 to 8 years in support engineering with a focus on wired and wireless networking |
Domain Expertise | Security, firewall, VPN, wired and wireless networking |
Networking Skills | Deep understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, VPN |
Tools | Experience with network monitoring tools and packet analysis |
Education | Bachelor’s in Computer Networking, IT, or equivalent experience |
Certifications | One or more of: CCNA, CWNA, CCNP, CCIE |
