Mphasis Role Overview
As a Trainee Technician, you will support the daily operations of the Premium Processing PP team. Your responsibilities will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of insurance processing tasks. You will be part of a team that meets strict SLA and KPI standards for high-quality delivery to UK-based clients.

- Complete allocated premium processing tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Escalate issues to Senior Technicians as needed
- Support delivery of service in line with SLAs and KPIs
