Program Overview
Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for BCA and B.Sc graduates to begin a rewarding career at Wipro while continuing their education. Selected candidates will pursue an M.Tech degree from a premier institution, fully sponsored by Wipro, alongside gaining industry experience.

Eligibility Criteria For WILP
- Academics:
- 10th and 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA as per university norms
- Core Mathematics as a subject in graduation is mandatory
- Graduation should be completed within 3 years (no extended duration allowed)
- Years of Passing: 2024 and 2025 only
- Gap Criteria:
- Maximum 3 years of gap allowed between 10th and graduation
- No gap allowed during graduation
- Citizenship: Indian Citizen, PIO/OCI card holders, or valid citizenship for Bhutan and Nepal nationals
- Minimum Age: 18 years at the time of registration
Selection Process For WILP
- Online Assessment (80 mins)
- Verbal (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Analytical (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Quantitative (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
- Voice Assessment
- Business Discussion
Note: Candidates must clear a pre-skilling training after LOI acceptance before receiving the final offer.

Important Notes For WILP
- Candidates can have one backlog at the time of assessment, which must be cleared with the 6th semester.
- Open school/distance learning is allowed only for 10th and 12th.
- Business Maths and Applied Maths are not considered core mathematics.
- Participation in the process is at Wipro’s discretion, and all selections are final and confidential.
Terms & Conditions For WILP
- Candidates who leave Wipro before completing the 60-month service agreement will be required to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
- Any malpractice or fraudulent behavior at any stage of the process will result in offer revocation and possible legal action.
