- Academic Qualification:
- Full-time students who will graduate by 2026 in B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, or BMS streams only. Part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
- Backlogs:
- One active backlog is allowed during the selection phase but must be cleared before joining.
- Academic Gaps:
- Gaps in education should not exceed 24 months prior to the highest qualification. Proper documentation for gaps is required.
- Age Limit:
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years.
- Type of Courses:
- Only full-time courses qualify. Candidates with Secondary/Senior Secondary NIOS qualifications are eligible if enrolled in other full-time courses.

Selection Process
TCS follows a rigorous in-person selection process including a 50-minute assessment covering:
