Educational Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have completed or be in the final stages of completion of a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or other closely related fields. A consistently strong academic record, with at least 80% marks or equivalent, is required throughout their education journey.
Having a full-time two-year MBA qualification is regarded as an advantage and will be considered favourably. Candidates who gained engineering admission through JEE-Main or are alumni of specified premier engineering institutes will be preferred.
Experience-wise, candidates with 0 to 3 years of relevant industry experience are eligible to apply. Additionally, candidates possessing a full-time M.Tech or MBA along with at least one year of relevant work experience will also be considered.
Those currently pursuing their final degree and expecting to complete the course by July of the calendar year may apply; however, selected candidates must complete their degree within the same calendar year, failing which their candidature may be terminated.
