Role Overview: CSAM Manager Teams
As the CSAM Manager you will take charge of an India team at various stages of its professional life. The aim is to guide your team in helping customers succeed in such different areas as cloud adoption, technology trends and management strategy.
The function entails staff management, strategic planning and working closely with internal and outside stakeholders in order to achieve the best results for Microsoft’s clients. Take it as a flexible-working arrangement expect three days out of five in one week to be at the office. And depending on your customer portfolio that can be up to 25% of the time on business travel.

Key Responsibilities for CSAM Manager
Cultivate and develop strong customer and partner relations, as well as internal relationships to further Microsoft’s cause of customer success.
Lead and mentor your team to make customer objectives match Microsoft products and services.
Build a team spirit that thrives on sharing customer insights, spotting opportunities for growth and working together to maximize value.
Plan programs, deliver them and then review manage executives’ expectations so that the customer’s priorities are always foremost on your mind.
Keep up with technology as it develops through frequent advice and constant contact with the community; meanwhile pick up what information you can from conferences.
Set an example of fairness and consistency, attract and keep top people and bring ever greater performance through coaching and care.
Qualifications required for CSAM Manager
Preferred
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of customer service experience a Master’s degree and more than 4 years’ work-related experience in the same field a combination of education and work experience equivalent to that needed in either of the abovementioned qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 12 years’ experience or Master’s with 10 years in similar roles At least 5 years ‘relevant work experience in customer industry 3 years in people management 3 years of operating a consumption portfolio Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or similar organization Proscar or some other change management certification Benefits and Benefits Microsoft makes well-being every bit as important as growth.
