- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc
- Experience: 2 to 12 years in manufacturing injectables
- Skills Required:
- Operation of production equipment such as Vial Filling, Washing, Capping, Sealing, Compounding
- Handling Terminal Sterilization and Stopper processes of injectables
2. Manufacturing – Supervisors
- Qualification:
- M.Pharm / M.Sc (Full-time) with 6–10 years experience OR
- B.Pharm with 8–12 years experience
- Experience: Relevant experience in manufacturing upstream and downstream processes of injectables
- Requirements:
- Strong people management skills in a regulated USFDA manufacturing environment
- Thorough knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making capabilities
3. Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialists (SES)
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, Food & Beverages, or Cosmetics industries
- Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting operational efficiency through initiating and reviewing preventive and corrective maintenance work orders
- Maintaining documentation for equipment maintenance
- Developing and executing reliability plans with cross-functional teams
- Keeping records of equipment-related losses and conducting root cause analysis followed by action plans
