Role Overview
As a Technical Support Apprentice at Trellix, the selected candidate will provide end-to-end technical support to Trellix customers. Responsibilities include fault recording, diagnosis, problem-solving, and delivering resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Trellix’s corporate and enterprise customers.
- Handle real-time voice calls and portal cases, ensuring timely responses.
- Collaborate effectively within a team of diverse expertise.
- Regularly update customers on the progress of their support cases.
- Leverage team knowledge to deliver prompt and effective resolutions.

Required Technical Skills
