Electronic Systems Verification and Validation Senior Engineer – Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and guide a small team of 5–6 embedded test engineers at CTCT.
- Provide professional mentorship, career advice, and regular feedback.
- Drive collaboration between engineering and product teams.
- Promote a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage the adoption of the latest technologies in software testing.
Hands-on Testing
- Create and execute test plans for embedded software.
- Conduct integration, system, and regression testing.
