Electronic Systems Verification and Validation Senior Engineer – Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and guide a small team of 5–6 embedded test engineers at CTCT.
  • Provide professional mentorship, career advice, and regular feedback.
  • Drive collaboration between engineering and product teams.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Encourage the adoption of the latest technologies in software testing.

Hands-on Testing

  • Create and execute test plans for embedded software.
